TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
Crash-2000.com LTD reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Crash-2000.com LTD Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. TRADEMARKS

REPAIRS
All repairs are carried out in our workshop. once a repair has been completed, the customer is notified. If the repair is not collected from our office within 6 weeks, or arrangement for delivery, plus full settlement recieved, then the unit will be disposed of and any monies due remain due.
Repairs brought by courier to and from our office may be covered on the couriers insurance. Crash-2000.com LTD does not accept any responsibillity for damage caused by our couriers. Courier damage must be taken up with the courier directly. However, Crash-2000.com LTD may make initial communication with the courier on behalf of the customer.
Crash-2000.com LTD does not accept responsibiility for any damages as a result of goods packed by the customer or packed by us in particular packaging at the request of the customers.
COMPLAINTS
All complaints will be addressed by Crash-2000.com LTD as soon as possible. However, Crash-2000.com LTD will not continue to repair a unit, until a resolution has been agreed by all parties.
Crash-2000.com LTD will hold any item until a full investigation is carried out if any fraud is suspected.
Sale of Goods Act
Unless stated otherwise, Crash-2000.com LTD will comply with the UK Sale of Goods Act in all discrepancies.
All good supplied, unless stated otherwise, have a 12 month Return to Base Warranty,
Notice to Suppliers
All companies that provide materials or services to Crash-2000.com LTD, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed on this website and all other websites in the Crash-2000.com LTD Portfolio
Suppliers who provide broadband services to Crash-2000.com LTD agree to provide an uninterrupted service. Unless events are deemed "Matters Beyond Our Reasonable Control" and this has been advised, prior to any disruption. Should there be a period of interrupted service, the supplier agrees to pay compensation at a rate of £400 plus taxes per day, after 2 business days of interruption. The Supplier also agrees that an additional level of compensation may become payable, should any extended interruption to service exceed 10 days.
Interruption can include;
- Loss of Broadband Connection
- Loss of Phone Connection
- Reduced Quality of line
- Reduced Speed of line
These Terms and Conditions shall be the final word, overriding any other terms and conditions set out by either the suplliers or their suppliers terms and conditions.
Suppliers agree to provide accurate billing to both Crash-2000.com LTD and our customers. Failure to do this can result in legal action for damages being taken for every written communication, whether by post or email, sent or recieved. Each supplier agrees to pay the following administration fees for each incorrect invoice issued as a result of inaccurate billing. This is charged at a rate of £25 plus applicable taxes for every inaccurate invoice created and sent to either Crash-2000.com LTD or our customers.
Suppliers who send threatening letters to either Crash-2000.com LTD or our customers with the intention of extracting monies not owed, will incurr a charge of £500 plus taxes, per letter, unless they can prove, in writing, these monies are due.
Supplier also agree to pay a compensation amount of £500 per customer, should these inaccuracies continue for 3 consecutive billing periods or 3 monthly, whichever is the shortest period.
Suppliers who our customers or end users have asked us to contact on their behalf, due to billing inaccuracies / threatening letters / malicious phone calls / Threats of Ballifs, agree to pay any additional charges broght about by Crash-2000.com LTD. Unless, the fault is proved in writing to be the fault of the end user / customer or Crash-2000.com LTD.
Suppliers chosing to take court action against Crash-2000.com LTD or it's customers, agree to pay all costs associated with court action. Including an attendance fee of £1000 for each individual called upon to attend either by the court or either party. Suppliers also agree to pay costs whether any case is won or lost.
Unsolictied Junk Mail or SPAM
Suppliers who continue to send unwanted emails, 30 days after being asked to stop in writing, will be automatically subscribed to our Email Promotion System and normal charges will apply.
Crash-2000.com LTD reserves the right to change these terms at any time and will notify concerning parties.
